All breeding cats at LMCooNCat undergo comprehensive health screening, including genetic testing, cardiac ultrasound evaluations, and hip assessments, along with testing for a wide range of inherited conditions and essential traits such as blood type. These evaluations are conducted through well-established veterinary laboratories and performed or interpreted by veterinarians with specialized, board-recognized expertise, allowing us to make informed and responsible breeding decisions.
Health, however, is more than test results alone. Emotional stability and early development are equally important. Our kittens are raised in a calm, consistent home environment with daily interaction, structured routines, and early exposure to everyday life—supporting the development of confident, adaptable companions.
