If a health issue arises that falls under our contract’s guarantee, we will offer compensation without requiring the kitten to be returned. We believe that once a kitten has become a cherished member of the family, asking the owner to give them up again is neither compassionate nor humane.
We also never sell kittens that are found to be sick before they leave - once we find out which kitten is sick or unsuitable for sale - we will refund the full amount.

What will they do?

Upper Respiratory Infections (URI)
📅 Diagnosis Time: Within 8 days after pickup
💬 Coverage: After insurance reimbursement, we will cover any remaining medical expenses up to the full kitten price; buyer may choose a replacement kitten or full refund.
Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)
📅 Diagnosis Time: Within 1 month after pickup
