Maine Coon Kittens From Windinwillow Caesar
Windinwillow Caesar is one of the important foundation Maine Coon males in our Maine Coon breeding program. This page shares Maine Coon kitten examples from Caesar’s line to help families understand the structure, coat, expression, color, and temperament this line may contribute.
Every kitten is unique, and each pairing can produce different results. These examples are shared as a reference for families who are learning about our Maine Coon kittens and the breeding style behind LMCoonCat.
Caesar is one of the cats who helped shape the direction of our breeding program in a very real way. He was not only a beautiful Maine Coon himself, but also a cat who consistently passed on many of the qualities we value most, including strong structure, expressive type, good size, beautiful coat, and a confident temperament.
Through his offspring and the generations that followed, we can still see pieces of him in many cats connected to our program today. Some of his descendants stayed with us, some became part of other respected catteries, and some are now living as beloved pets with their families. Each of them carries a different part of his story.
Today, Caesar’s bloodline can be found in many catteries through his children, grandchildren, and the generations that followed. Some breeders may now have his third, fourth, or even fifth generation descendants in their programs. Because of that, Caesar’s influence has grown far beyond one single cat or one single litter.
This is one of the reasons we wanted to create this page. Caesar was not only an important cat in our own cattery, but also a male whose line has continued to appear in many beautiful Maine Coons over the years. By sharing his offspring and the cats connected to his line, we hope to give people a clearer picture of where this bloodline came from, what kind of traits it has carried, and why Caesar remains such a meaningful part of our breeding history.
FAQ About WindinWillow Caesar
Why did we create this page?
We created this page for breeders and Maine Coon lovers who want to better understand Caesar’s bloodline. Many people are interested in seeing what traits a well known cat passes on, how his offspring developed, and where his descendants are today. This page gives a clearer look at Caesar’s influence through his direct offspring and later generations.
How many offspring did Caesar produce?
Caesar was part of our breeding program from 2021 until he was neutered at six years old. We do not have an exact number, but based on our records and estimates, he produced more than 200 offspring between 2021 and 2026. Around 30 of them became breeding cats in different programs.
Where are Caesar’s descendants now?
Caesar’s descendants are now found in many places around the world, including the United States, Canada, Japan, China, and parts of Europe. Some stayed in our cattery, some joined other breeding programs, and many live as beloved pets with their families. His direct breeding offspring were limited, but his grandchildren and later generations have continued to spread through different pedigrees.
Did Caesar have any health problems?
Caesar himself has never had any known health issues. His heart echocardiograms and hip evaluations have always been healthy. He has also had excellent dental and gum condition throughout his life, with clean gums and very good dental evaluations even at six years old. Among more than 200 offspring, we are aware of two pet cats who passed away from HCM. Both came from close linebreeding combinations. Because of this, we do not recommend using Caesar’s line for close inbreeding or tight linebreeding in future generations. We believe the best approach is to use this line carefully, avoid close related pairings, and continue proper health screening.
What traits did Caesar pass down?
Caesar’s value came from balance. He was not an extreme cat with only one standout feature. Instead, he had an even overall type, good structure, size, coat, expression, and temperament. This balance made him very useful in our breeding program because he could pair well with different females and help stabilize important traits in the next generation.
Why is Caesar’s line important to our cattery?
Caesar’s line helped us build consistency in our Maine Coons. His influence can still be seen through cats connected to our program today, especially in structure, type, coat, temperament, and overall balance. For us, he is an important foundation cat because his quality was not only seen in himself, but also carried forward through his descendants.
Where is Caesar now?
As of 2026, Caesar has been neutered and now lives in our cattery as a beloved pet. He is retired from breeding, but he remains a very special part of our home and our cattery history.
